We have the biggest stock of seamless stainless steel tubes in Argentina, and we are the only company that stores tubes thermally treated in bright annealing furnaces. We store the tubes on lateral loading shelves, specially designed for SYTE in order to guarantee their physical integrity.

CONSIDERATIONS

TP 304 or TP 316 stainless steel tube, annealed, ASTM 269 or equivalent. Working pressures are based on tensile strength of 5167 bar (75,000 psi).For metal temperatures ranging from 30°C to 40°C (from -20°F to 100°F). Allowable working pressure calculated from S values of 1378 bar (20,000 psi) according to code ANSI B31.3

Note:
1. Corrosion and erosion have not been taken into account.
2. Calculations are based on the minimum wall thickness and the maximum outside diameter allowable according to ASTM A269 specification.
3. For welded and cold drawn tubes, a reduction factor must be applied due to the welding.
3a. For double jointed tubes, multiply the value of pressure by 0.85
3b. For single jointed tubes, multiply the value of pressure by 0.80

Information suggested for order: stainless steel tube (TP304, TP 316, etc)(without welding or welded and cold drawn), fully annealed. ASTM 269 or/and A213 or required standard. Hardness RB 80 or lower. The tube must be without scratches and it must be apt for bending and expanding
